Around Systems partnered with FRST to build a digital platform that helps clothing manufacturers design garments with circularity and recyclability in mind. The collaboration addresses an industry challenge where most textiles are still not recycled and where better design decisions are key to reducing waste. FRST has led the initiative from concept to a recently launched pilot and continues to support Around Systems with product development and platform evolution. The platform helps textile professionals plan future products, explore material choices, and understand how design decisions affect recyclability and lifecycle outcomes. Through systems thinking and thoughtful UX, complex material and circularity considerations are made accessible without oversimplification. The ongoing work focuses on refining the product, optimizing performance and usability, and supporting a scalable, production-ready launch.

Connect Norr partnered with FRST to create Ägarsteget.se, a digital platform designed to help business owners prepare for a successful ownership transition. FRST delivered the initiative end-to-end, from concept and UX design to platform build and launch. The solution combines clear guidance around ownership change with a tailored AI assistant that supports entrepreneurs in navigating complex questions related to exit readiness. In the logged-in experience, the AI acts as a practical assistant, helping business owners structure key information, reflect on financial and operational readiness, and turn complex considerations into a guided, actionable process. The project shows how applied AI, combined with strong product thinking and design, can reduce uncertainty and support better decision-making ahead of a business transition.

We are currently working with one of the world’s most recognisable home furnishing companies, founded in southern Sweden and known for democratic design, global reach and doing a lot with very little. Our collaboration is ongoing and spans multiple initiatives across the organisation. Instead of focusing on a single project, we contribute experienced specialists across product leadership, product ownership, development, quality assurance and UX and UI design. Our roles are embedded in the organisation, working closely with internal teams and partners in a large and complex environment. The work includes initiatives such as CRM implementation, digital planning tools, AI driven design tools and e commerce platform development. From idea to delivery of an AI-driven support ecosystem
Coompanion, together with Region Jämtland Härjedalen and Region Västernorrland, partnered with FRST on Coompass, an initiative created to bridge the gap between social entrepreneurs' needs and today's fragmented support structures. FRST delivered the initiative end-to-end, from concept and product strategy to design and implementation. A cross-functional FRST team developed an AI-driven digital assistant that translates complex requirements around guidance, impact measurement, and financing into clear, human-centered workflows. The platform reduces administrative burden, improves transparency and impact data quality, and strengthens the conditions for scalable social impact. It demonstrates how AI can be applied responsibly to reinforce human-led support systems.

Viviotex is developing an AI-based platform for real-time transcription and structured documentation for healthcare and care-adjacent environments. The solution goes beyond speech-to-text by supporting correct, compliant documentation aligned with clinical context, terminology, and regulatory requirements. Through a Tech4Equity investment, FRST supports Viviotex with product development, management, and execution. The focus is on building a scalable platform where AI understands not only what is said, but what needs to be documented. The result is more efficient workflows, reduced administrative load, and higher-quality documentation and decision support in complex, regulation-heavy environments.
